I am focused on evidence-based rehabilitation and regularly do research to ensure that I am updated with the latest research regarding effective treatment. I walk the extra mile for each patient and highly value patient relationships. I also value patient-education very highly and want to empower each patient with the knowledge that they can use throughout their lifetime.
Biokinetics include a wide range of services, such as orthopaedic rehabilitation, clinical condition treatment and management, sport-specific conditioning, wellness and weight-loss, as well as corporate wellness.
Your first appointment will be an initial consultation to establish what steps need to be taken to provide effective treatment. Objective data will be gathered in order to track progress during the rehabilitation period. Quality service will be provided to each patient.
Initial Consultation and Follow-Up Sessions
Payments to be made via EFT or card machine. An invoice will be provided with necessary ICD-10 codes that can be claimed back from your medical aid.
This includes a subjective assessment (medical history) and an objective assessment (evaluation of physical state of individual) - whether you have an injury, want to prevent an injury, manage/treat a chronic condition, improve sports performance, or lose weight - the initial consultation will be tailored according to your needs
Orthopaedic rehabilitation and/or chronic condition treatment and management
Sport-specific scientifically based training session to improve and optimise sports performance
Online Biokinetics initial consultations and follow-up sessions
Training session designed specifically for your goal, whether it is to lose weight, build muscle, or improve general fitness.
Discovery Vitality Fitness Assessment (Earn up to 7500 points)
Payments to be made via EFT or card machine. All packages must be paid upfront before starting with the sessions. These package sessions can not be claimed back from medical aids.
12-week running conditioning program individualized according to your goals. This package includes 2 in-person strength and conditioning sessions per week (8 sessions per month), as well as aerobic training guidelines to improve your running performance, prevent injuries and to improve your running time.
Bring a buddy with to the sessions for R200 extra in total (R3000 per month for both of you)
12-week general fitness and/or weight-loss program individualized according to your fitness and/or body composition goals. This package includes an In-Body assessment every 6 weeks, as well as 3 in-person gym sessions (12 sessions per month) tailored to your specific goals.
Bring a buddy with to the sessions for R400 extra in total (R4000 per month for both of you)
Core strength and mobility are two aspect of fitness that are often neglected. Reduced core strength and mobility often results in various types of injuries. This package includes 1 session per week to teach you the fundamental ways of strengthening your core and improving your mobility. Bring a buddy with for R400 extra in total (R2000 per month for both of you)
If you want to compete at a Hyrox event, this package is for you. Sessions will be Hyrox-simulated workouts (2 sessions per week), designed to prepare you for your Hyrox event. Bring a buddy with for R500 extra in total (R3300 per month for both of you)
Payments to be made via EFT. These programs are generalized programs designed specifically for certain sports. Once-off payment of program that will be sent to you in a PDF format.

I am a driven and determined young professional who has a passion for helping people through evidence-based movement and promoting living an active lifestyle. I want to help people improve their quality of life and reach their full potential. I am a firm believer in identifying the cause of a condition and/or injury in order to provide effective treatment. My passion for movement started when I was a teenager and experienced first-hand how exercise improved my quality of life. I enjoy doing strength training, running, as well as hiking. Our bodies were designed to move and to be cared for. Movement should be pain-free. I believe that the correct movement heals and that exercise truly is medicine.

When we are consistently physically active, our bodies age at a slower rate and we remain independent, functional and pain-free for a longer period of time.
